Hi, I’m Julie, and it’s nice to meet you! I am a lover of travel, Reese’s cups, photography, and Jesus, and I am honored you have taken the time to get to know me a little better!
Ever since I was little, I have loved taking an item, person, or place and transforming it to something even more beautiful through the lens of a camera. My dad is the one who influenced me to pursue photography. He and I would take photos together of wherever we traveled to as a family, and he always encouraged me to try a different angle, to think outside the box. As I grew up, my love for landscape photography grew, and that’s where I got my start in professional photography in 2018. When my niece and nephew were born, I became their unofficial photographer, and my love of capturing family memories grew from there. I can’t express the joy I feel when I catch that adorable smile, that mischievous glint in their eyes, or a sweet embrace with another family member. My love for lifestyle photography grew out of capturing memories for my own family, and that ignited my desire to capture those precious moments for other families, my clients’ families.
